Membership

There are no sign-up or membership fees for our service. The only requirements for membership are a valid credit or debit card and a Standing Order. Your Standing Order is the produce bin of your choice and your delivery schedule. You can choose a weekly or biweekly delivery. You will be given the opportunity to customize your produce bin and add groceries to your bin each weekend before you are scheduled for delivery.




Online Registration

In order to start receiving deliveries, you must first complete your online registration. In order to be activated, you must have a valid credit or debit card and a standing order on your account. Your standing order includes the produce bin of your choice and the delivery schedule (weekly or biweekly) that you prefer.

New customer accounts are activated by the next business day. You will be notified of your activation via email. See Email Communication below for more information.

Setting up your Standing Order

Your Standing Order is the produce bin you would like to receive and how often you want to receive delivery (every week or every other week). You may add groceries to your Standing Order, but it is not necessary. Some members choose to put items like milk on their standing orders because they know they will want to receive the item with every delivery. During the sign up process you will be asked to complete your standing order. You are not making your first order. You will be able to customize your first order (adjust produce and add groceries) the weekend before your first delivery.

Customizing Your Current Order

Members can customize their Current Orders between Thursday at 3 PM and Monday at noon the weekend before their delivery.

On your Current Order page you can add groceries and customize your produce bin. Always check the date at the top of the Current Order page to make sure you are modifying the correct order. All changes to your current order must be completed by Monday at noon. If you miss the deadline, please contact Customer Service at (317) 377-0470 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes or additions to orders after the deadline.

Your order must meet the $35.00 minimum and contain at least one produce bin.

It is important to understand the difference between your Standing Order and your Current Order. Pay careful attention to the title and date of the order page in your account.

Suspending an Order

You can arrange to suspend a specific order up to 12 weeks in advance online at “Suspend An Order” when you login to the member’s area of our website. You may also suspend an order by contacting customer service at info@farmfreshdelivery.com. You must suspend your order for the coming week by Monday at noon. A late cancellation fee of $5 will be charged to your account if you need to cancel an order after this deadline. Email Communication

Email is a fast, convenient, and eco-friendly way to communicate with our members. You can select which emails you would like to receive by checking your preferences at the bottom of your Registration Information page.

The following emails will be sent to keep you informed:

  • Reminder Email (Recommended) – sent on Thursday afternoon to tell you whether or not you are scheduled for delivery next week and to remind you that the produce bins are ready for customization.
  • Invoice Email (Highly Recommended) – sent the day before your delivery to remind you of your order
  • Confirmation of Order Changes (Optional)– sent whenever you make any changes to your Standing or Current Order

Our Healthy Times Newsletter will be attached to your reminder. It includes important notifications to our members, product and vendor information, nutrition and storage tips, recipes, photos, weekly specials, community events, and more.




Home and Business Delivery

You can specify where to place your bin in the Delivery Instructions field in the Registration Page of your account. We recommend that you have your bin delivered to a spot that is out of direct sunlight and under cover. All orders are delivered between 12 noon and 8 pm in a mid-sized plastic bin. Produce will be packaged in brown paper bags, and perishable grocery items will be packed in an insulated bag with an ice pack. The bins, bags, and ice packs are reusable so make sure you leave them out for your next delivery. We will pick up your bin and bags when we bring your next order. This system is environmentally friendly and keeps your produce happy!

There is a $15.00 charge for bins, $3.00 charge for insulated bags, and a $2.00 charge for ice packs that are damaged or not returned.

5% Business Discount - Farm Fresh Delivery offers a convenient alternative to grocery shopping for the busy professional. Let us know if you would like your order delivered to your workplace. If there are five or more orders for a business delivery in one week, those orders will receive a 5% discount.




Delivery Schedule

You will be scheduled for delivery based upon your address. We deliver Tuesday through Friday every week except for weeks affected by major holidays. Delivery times are from 12 noon until 8 pm.

Warehouse Pickup

Our warehouse is located near Pendleton Pike and Interstate 465. You can arrange to pick up your order if you live outside of our delivery area or it is more convenient. Warehouse Pickup is from noon until 4 pm Tuesday through Friday.




Payment and Billing

Farm Fresh Delivery accepts Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards. Your payment will be processed on the day of your delivery. If your invoice is not able to be processed, your account may be temporarily inactivated until the credit card on file is updated. Payment by personal or company check may be allowed for pre-payment only.

Your billing history is accessible online in the “Review Your Account” page when you login. Please contact customer service if you have any billing problems or questions.




Canceling Your Membership

In order to temporarily or permanently inactivate your account, you must contact customer service. You can request reactivation online in your Registration Information page or by giving us a call or email. You can contact customer service at info@farmfreshdelivery.com or (317) 377-0470.
